Privacy notice

Last updated 4 November 2026

This notice explains how Tred² Capital collects and uses personal data when you contact us or visit this website. It is written to meet the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Tred² Capital is a trading name of Tank Holdco Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 13844861, registered office International House, 36–38 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NG. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about data protection at michael@tred2.com.

What we collect and why

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal data on its own. We only receive personal data when you choose to email us. In that case we hold:

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to assess and carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep records that our professional, regulatory and legal obligations require. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to people who contact us, or, where we go on to act for you, the performance of a contract.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with our email and IT providers, who process it on our behalf, and with professional advisers, regulators or courts where the law requires. Where a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where we act for you, for seven years after the engagement ends, which is the period our record-keeping obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within two years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, email michael@tred2.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
